Refund & Transfer Policy

Refund Policy

At ZAMS Learning, we encourage every student to make an informed decision before purchasing any course.

Before Purchasing

We strongly recommend that every student:

• Watch the available demo lectures.
• Review the course outline.
• Ask any questions before making payment.

No Refund Policy

Once payment has been made, course fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including (but not limited to):

• Change of mind
• Lack of time
• Failure to attend classes
• Personal circumstances
• Internet connectivity issues
• Exam postponement by the student
• Dissatisfaction after enrollment when demo lectures were available

Course Fee Transfer

Although refunds are not available, we understand that circumstances may change. Students may request:

• Transfer of their course enrollment to a future ACCA examination session.
• Carry forward of the paid course fee to the next available intake of the same subject.

Requests are subject to approval and any applicable administrative requirements.

Course transfers are generally allowed only once unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Intellectual Property

remain the intellectual property of ZAMS Learning.

Students may not:

• Copy
• Record
• Redistribute
• Sell
• Upload
• Share

any course material without written permission.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Payments

Course fees must be paid before access is granted.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.
• Maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Having a stable internet connection for live classes.
• Following classroom etiquette.

Course Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Reschedule classes
• Cancel batches due to insufficient enrollments

Limitation of Liability

ZAMS Learning shall not be liable for:

• Internet failures
• Technical issues outside our control
• Student exam performance
• ACCA examination decisions
• Delays caused by third-party service providers

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
